I coach high-performing leaders who’ve succeeded by pushing hard, adapting fast, and often leaving parts of themselves behind. My work helps them pause, reconnect to what matters, and lead with clarity, confidence, and alignment.
With 20 years of leadership experience—12 at Nike—I know what it takes to lead at scale. I helped grow Nike’s digital business from $250M to $12B, launched Nike Run Club and Training Club, and led global teams across 55+ markets. I also served on the DEI Taskforce, integrating identity and inclusion into how business gets done.
As a Korean American and child of immigrants, I learned early that success meant perfection. That mindset drove my career—but it also led to burnout, disconnection, and years of not asking for help. Reclaiming my voice reshaped how I lead, how I live, and how I hold space for others.
My coaching is warm, direct, and deeply human. I create space for honest reflection and strategic clarity—drawing from my background in UX, design, and organizational leadership. I bring a systems-thinking lens to help clients move forward with intention, and hold an MBA focused on sustainability and innovation.
I’m based in Portland, where I explore the Pacific Northwest with my family in our ’84 Westfalia. I’m a Korean Texan Oregonian and a subculturalist at heart—most days you’ll find me with coffee in one hand and a camera in the other, talking running, design, or basketball (go Blazers!).
