I'm a C-suite executive with 25 years of experience leading PE- and VC-backed B2B SaaS technology companies through turnarounds, hypergrowth, and large-scale transformation. I've served as CEO, COO, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Experience Officer, building and leading global teams, navigating complex investor dynamics, and driving critical business outcomes.
As CEO of Syncro, I led a full company turnaround, taking growth and EBITDA from negative to 30%+ and break-even, respectively, in under two years. At Datto, I scaled a global team from 100 to 500 across 26 offices, oversaw a $500M product portfolio, and led a $1.8B acquisition integration. I currently serve as an Independent Board Member at PDQ, recruited for my domain expertise in IT, MSP, and product management. I’m a trained engineer by trade with a degree in Computer Engineering from McGill University.
As a coach, I work with executives and leaders at all levels navigating complexity and transition, holding them accountable while making sure they feel genuinely supported. I create space for leaders to reflect, experiment, and develop their own authentic leadership approach. Having guided organizations through significant transitions, I understand that meaningful change begins with uncovering the values and beliefs that shape how leaders show up.
Clients leave our work together with greater agency, sharper decision-making, and the confidence to lead with both measurable impact and more joy.
Beyond coaching, I'm a violinist, artist, French speaker and lifelong learner who thrives on creative expression. These pursuits bring curiosity, deep listening, and an appreciation for both structure and improvisation to my coaching.
