I'm a strategic executive with over 15 years of experience leading product, data, engineering, and design organizations across high-growth private companies, global nonprofits, and public media. I've built and led teams of 150 people, delivering over 55 digital products and platforms that have driven significant revenue growth and operational transformation.
At Bloomberg, I spearheaded global initiatives spanning more than 50 teams, 3600 staff, and 42 verticals, that resulted in 10x annual recurring revenue for key products turning them into $20+M revenue generators with gross profit margins upwards of 90%. At the New York Times, as VP of Product, Data, and Technology, I established the company's first data strategy and mitigated $2M in recurring revenue loss. At Wikimedia, I designed and built an entirely new Platform Product Management function and organization of 150+ people across 20+ teams, resulting in the creation of a new experimentation platform, machine learning platform, and design system for one of the most trafficked sites in the world. At Bloomberg Philanthropies, I increased the organization's capacity to distribute grant funding totaling $1.2B through a new grant-making system and analytics infrastructure.
As a coach, I work with leaders who want to elevate their impact, grow into outstanding managers, or navigate what comes next in their careers. I bring high energy, sharp challenge, and genuine support to every engagement, flexing my approach to meet each person where they are. Having built organizations from scratch, led global teams, and driven transformation across every type of company structure, I understand the real complexity my clients face.
Clients leave our work together feeling empowered and confident, with practical tools and clear, actionable next steps they can begin using immediately.
When I'm not coaching, I channel my curiosity into an ever-growing list of creative pursuits including writing, woodworking, painting, and music. I'm an avid gamer, a lover of travel and history, and ever since living in London I've had a deep appreciation for afternoon tea, complete with a collection of antique sets that fill my office tearoom. I bring that same energy, passion, and curiosity into every coaching relationship.
