I’m a Chief Operating Officer and CxO coach with 25+ years experience leading growth in customer-facing and operational teams at fast-moving insurtech, adtech and B2C scale-ups.

I spent 3 years as COO at Artificial (Series A+ insurtech), where I established a target operating model that mobilised new Product, Customer Success and People Ops teams, and helped scale revenue to $14M ARR, attracting an oversubscribed Series A+ funding round. Before that, I served as Chief of Staff at Flock (insurtech), working alongside the CEO to shape a Series-B-ready org and operating model.

Earlier in my career, I was the Chief People Officer at Unruly (b2b adtech), scaling the company to 300 people across 20 global locations. As part of the M&A team, we acquired our biggest European competitor, then subsequently exited to NewsCorp for ~$200M.

As a coach, I partner with ambitious leaders who want to step into their authority and deliver their vision without burning out. I also work with people managers who want the confidence and clarity to run their teams effectively.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me at a Zumba or yoga class, walking my 2 rescue dogs, swimming outdoors in cold British lakes, or hoping my teenagers at university will call me back. I bring the same mix of energy, challenge and optimism into my coaching practice.
