I have 12+ years experience in executive leadership: transforming business models, creating and communicating compelling vision, leading go-to-market strategy for products and services, building teams, creating premium brands, and setting the right foundation for scale and a successful exit.

Most recently I led a strategic consulting firm, from fledgling startup to successful exit. I built out the legal, financial, and client serving functions of the organization, and led our strategic relationships with clients across both business and nonprofit sectors (from startups to billion-dollar enterprises). I expanded our client offerings to include coaching and a software platform (I led the multi-year software development project, where we created management software for our clients). I had 7 direct reports and positioned the company to scale (we grew 40% YOY for 4 straight years). I also hosted 150 podcast interviews & conversations. Oxford and Yale alumnus.
