My coaching is grounded in 15+ years of technical leadership in renewable energy, including directing simulation and modeling teams at Heliogen, building large-scale techno-economic systems, and representing engineering in high-stakes commercial and regulatory environments, including work with the U.S. Department of Energy and Department of Defense. I’ve led teams through scaling, reorganization, and delivery in globally distributed contexts.

When systems struggle, both technical and interpersonal triage are needed. I coach under-supported people to exercise executive function strategically and to find the supportive networks around them. Even when systems perform well, growth requires attention and intention. I coach well-supported people to recognize all they have and to activate success rather than wait for it to happen.

With emerging technologies, clear delegation and legible systems thinking are essential for teams and markets. When trust is low or fear is high, competent and compassionate science communication can directly address reputational risk. I help leaders build trust in their innovations, mitigations, and themselves through empathy, consistency, and persistence.

We treat conflict as data, commitments as negotiable, and accountability as ongoing work. Beyond coaching, I am an extroverted mathematician, faculty spouse, elementary school parent, and cat dad. I love exploring how the world works—through electricity, sound, fibers, and plants—and I bring the same curiosity, patience, and practicality to each coaching relationship.
