I have spent over two decades as an executive leader across law, finance, strategy, and operations, advising and building organizations at every stage of growth. My career spans top law firms, bulge bracket financial institutions, co-founding a private equity firm, and scaling a fintech startup to a successful acquisition, giving me a rare vantage point across the full arc of institutional and entrepreneurial finance.

At Merrill Lynch, I served as Vice President and Head of Legal Execution and Transaction Management for the Global Principal Investment Desk and its sponsored $2.65B Asian private equity fund. I co-founded a private equity firm to $150M in AUM. At Aumni, a legal and financial technology company, I helped lead the company from startup to a successful acquisition by JP Morgan Chase, establishing and scaling overseas data operations teams. At JP Morgan Chase, I managed over 385 professionals across the US and Asia as Executive Director of Digital Innovations.

As a coach, I work with high-potential professionals and leaders looking to step into greater impact, navigate significant transitions, or grow into roles they have yet to imagine for themselves. My approach is direct and structured, focused on building self-awareness, rigorous preparation, and consistent execution.
