At Blue Shield of California, I led seven large-scale organizational redesigns in twelve months, generating $13.5M in annual savings. At HP Inc., I replaced costly expat hiring in Taipei with a homegrown leadership pipeline that achieved 97% satisfaction across three cohorts and advanced 50+ senior leaders per cohort toward director-level roles.
