I've spent over 20+ years helping organizations build the leadership infrastructure they need to grow — translating ambitious business strategies into scalable talent systems, cultures people want to stay in, and leaders who actually deliver. My career has taken me from Bank of America and HP Inc. to Gilead Sciences, Blue Shield of California, and Starbucks, working at the intersection of people strategy, organizational design, and culture transformation across life sciences, healthcare, technology, finance, and retail.


My track record is built on outcomes, not activities. At Gilead Sciences, I architected an enterprise-wide People Leader Accountability framework from scratch — embedding leadership KPIs into the performance plans of 5,500 managers and 250 executives across a 19,500-person global organization. That $8M initiative delivered a 10-point lift in employee engagement year over year. At Blue Shield of California, I led seven large-scale organizational redesigns in twelve months, generating $13.5M in annual savings. At HP Inc., I replaced costly expat hiring in Taipei with a homegrown leadership pipeline that achieved 97% satisfaction across three cohorts and advanced 50+ senior leaders per cohort toward director-level roles. At Bank of America, I directed a global learning strategy with budgets up to $84M, reaching 50,000+ employees with a 98% completion rate.
