I am a leadership coach with two decades of experience leading in tech, financial services, consulting, and mission driven organizations. I work with leaders, creators, and change agents seeking to expand their impact. I focus on unlocking personal and professional success, so that my clients can do their best work and – more importantly – live their best lives.

I am a proven strategist and operator. Colleagues tell me that I excel at pivoting from big picture thinking to the finer details of implementation and do so while leading with a big heart. My operational experience includes building and leading 35+ person marketing, product management, operations, and analyst teams at Capital One and Amazon. My focus was designing and leading national and global product launches and marketing campaigns that targeted small businesses and emerging brands. Additionally, I built Capital One’s inaugural Consumer Insights team, providing advisory services to C-suite leadership, in addition to advising Fortune 100 leaders in tech, retail, health care, and private equity as a Bain & Co. strategy consultant. I started my career in social entrepreneurship, serving on the founding team of a national conflict resolution NGO. I earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an MPA from the JFK School of Government at Harvard and did undergrad at UVA where I was a Jefferson Scholar. My coaching training is with Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).

I was born in Ireland, though I have lived most of my life in the United States. I am the proud mom of two amazing daughters and am passionate about mentoring working parents. In my spare time, I love to travel, read, coach soccer, and spend time enjoying a good meal or outdoor adventure with friends and family.
