As a Senior Director at Qualcomm and Broadcom, I led global engineering IT organizations through periods of rapid growth. At Qualcomm, I delivered $12 million per annum in operational cost savings and improved service levels while engineering client headcount grew dramatically. I also transformed a struggling applications development organization at Broadcom resulting in significant improvement of engineering stakeholder satisfaction and delivered $15 million in savings through a new storage strategy. Over 25 years at Texas Instruments, I held engineering and IT roles, developing a global compute strategy that raised asset utilization from 20% to 70% and avoided $20 million in costs. I led a physical design team through two years of roughly 50% quarter over quarter ASIC revenue growth. Having led teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, I have learned that building credibility and trust is what makes leadership last, and I take pride in developing leaders who earn the same level of followership.
