I’m an executive coach and former global product leader who partners with senior leaders to navigate complexity, lead with clarity, and create meaningful impact. My coaching is warm and direct—I hold space for honest reflection while asking the kind of sharp, observant questions that help you hear yourself think and move forward with intention.

Before coaching, I spent 25 years in financial services, including 18 years at BNY Mellon, where I led award-winning initiatives and built product solutions for wealth managers and their clients. I later served as Global VP of Enterprise Product at Broadridge, rolling out frameworks (yes, ones that actually got used) across 700 product managers worldwide. I know what it takes to build at scale and lead through ambiguity—and I bring that operational fluency into every coaching conversation.

When I’m not coaching, I’m exploring the width of life in NYC—traveling, curating jazz playlists, and chasing curiosity in all its forms.
