Charles started his career in marketing and advertising, where he spent nearly 13 years at Mastercard where he was VP of Global Marketing, driving brand building, B2B marketing, and eventually led all global marketing efforts. His proudest moment is developing, launching and scaling Mastercard's now "Priceless" campaign. He then spent another 7 years at Mastercard, making a large pivot into learning and development where he took on the role of VP, Global Learning and Talent and Development supporting over 3,000 Mastercard team members. Today, Charles is the CEO and Founder of PNI Therapeutics.

Leveraging his years of Brand Marketing, Product Management, Learning & Talent Development, and Entrepreneurship, Charles works closely with people to understand their goals and then co-creates a pragmatic plan to realize their dreams.

Before his service at Mastercard, Charles worked in Direct Marketing for DMB&B and Young & Rubicam. During this time, he was responsible for developing direct marketing programs for his clients, including British Airways, General Motors, and FedEx. Before working in Direct Marketing, Charles held Marketing Research and Brand Management positions at several consumer-packaged goods companies.

Charles lives in New York and follows a life-long journey of continuous learning and reinvention.
