I’ve led global teams, rebuilt go-to-market systems, advised executive teams, and helped drive millions in revenue, often during periods of rapid growth, organizational change, or intense pressure. As a four-time Chief Marketing Officer for high-growth AI companies, I understand how marketing, sales, product, operations, leadership, and capital strategy must work together to create sustainable growth. As an added layer to coaching, I am also a ICF Certified Organizational Change Management Coach that furthers change management of the self and seamlessly navigate change in your org.

At SightCall AI, I served as Vice President of Marketing, helping the company grow its pipeline and earn recognition among the Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing software companies. At Unsupervised AI, I built sales development and marketing functions from the ground up, supporting the growth that led to a $35 million Series B. I’ve been in the boardrooms, led the offsites, rebuilt teams and systems, managed competing priorities, supported high-stakes decisions, and helped clean up the messes that inevitably come with growth. I know what it takes to lead, advise, and invest when expectations are high and the ground is constantly shifting.
