I'm a founder, CEO, and business strategist with over 30 years of experience leading sales, marketing, and business development across media, publishing, and SMB-focused organizations, including The Wall Street Journal and Inc. magazine. I've spent my career moving between corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, giving me a rare dual perspective on what it takes to build and grow from both sides of the table.

I spent the last 14 years building strategic partnerships with more than 30 Fortune 500 companies including SAP, Oracle, IBM, Google, and Microsoft, helping them navigate the SMB market. As Executive Director of Sales Development at The Wall Street Journal, I led small business and financial services business development, generating over $100M in annual advertising revenue, helped triple the event series, and maintained 100% sponsorship renewal throughout my tenure. At Entrepreneur Media, I revamped a 20-person sales team and doubled national ad revenue in two years. I also published the SBA's national magazine, tripling circulation from 100,000 to 300,000, doubling frequency, and successfully securing national distribution.

As a coach, I work with leaders, founders, and professionals looking to build momentum, sharpen their positioning, and create consistent, predictable growth. I'm an active listener, an extrovert with endless energy, and equal parts creative and analytical. I help clients see the big picture while mapping a clear and actionable path forward.

Outside of coaching, I love sports, reading, great music, and spending time with my family and three dogs. I love staying close to the small business community through speaking and online media.
