Brian is a technology leader with a passion for helping people with their careers, building effective teams, and creating usable and delightful software that makes a difference in the world.

He is an experienced people manager, having hired and managed 35-person teams of software engineers, UX designers, user researchers, IT specialists, and managers across multiple time zones and countries. He also has deep experience managing budgets, new-employee onboarding processes and functional trainings, creating much-needed roles within teams, coordinating closely with software and hardware teams, and directly supporting senior leadership.

As an agile advocate, Brian has practiced agile methodologies as a software engineer and scrum master. He is also an experienced career coach, having coached individuals and teams, and run career development programs.
