As VP, Engineering, I have successfully built cultures of ownership and excellence through a combination of high expectation-setting and high support. In my 20 years of experience, I have managed teams of over 50 engineers across multiple crosss-functional and platform teams, and across diverse areas of the business, from monetization and user growth to new product development and more.

I'm currently the Senior Director of Engineering at Tally, a series D fintech, where I oversee the iOS, Android, Web and QA teams. Previously, I held senior engineering leadership roles at Quizlet, CardFree and BitTorrent.

My passion for coaching comes from seeing people around me succeed. By focusing on empowerment and delegation, I coach senior engineering leaders exceed their own expectations of not only what they can do but also what their teams can do.
