I am a global Solutions Engineering leader with 18 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS technical sales and FinTech. Across Tableau, Salesforce, and PandaDoc, I have led customer-facing technical teams in organizations ranging from high growth startups to Fortune 500 companies. I understand what it takes to make decisions with incomplete information and when the stakes are high.

At Tableau, I was named Americas Solutions Engineering Leader of the Year, built a yearlong development program completed by every Commercial Solutions Engineer, and led a team supporting $300 million in annual renewals and more than $50 million in new annual recurring revenue. I also helped shape the go to market strategy for Salesforce’s new analytics platform following its acquisition of Tableau. As Director of Global Solutions Engineering at PandaDoc, I restructured a Solutions Engineering team spanning pre sales and post sales, improving win rates by double digits. Earlier, in financial services, I developed portfolio strategies for more than $800 million in assets. My experiences have given me a broad perspective on leading customer facing technical teams, strengthening the customer journey, and turning complex challenges into measurable results.

Outside of work, I stay active through running, rowing, strength training, Pilates, and yoga. My entrepreneurial experience co-founding a boutique winery has kept my beginner’s mind fresh. I am also a coffee enthusiast who makes a pour over every morning, and I am learning Spanish and putting it to use while traveling throughout Central and South America.
