As a Global Finance leader with 34+years of experience, I have spent my career building and scaling finance functions within Fortune 500 companies including Oracle, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, Hyatt, and Deloitte. I have built and led teams of all sizes supporting go-to-market businesses as well as large and complex corporate global organizations.

My career has spanned senior leadership roles at Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, and Oracle, where I led finance organizations at the country level, across regional businesses, and within global FP&A, and built operating models that elevated financial planning, decision-making velocity, transformation, and organizational alignment.

At Microsoft, I served as CFO of the Device Partner Solution Sales Division, where I orchestrated cross-functional alignment that unlocked a $0.5B incremental revenue opportunity. At Oracle, I led three VP Finance roles and centralized FP&A and Reporting & Analytics to drive faster, smarter decision-making across the organization.

I am known as a people-first transformation leader who is brought in when a team needs clarity, when a function needs to scale, or when a culture needs to evolve to support the next chapter. My greatest strength is seeing both the system and the human dynamics underneath it. I mobilize teams by fostering trust, building capability, and helping leaders step into their full potential with confidence.
