Before coaching, I spent 25 years transforming products, services, and organizations — leading teams of 50+, managing multi-million dollar portfolios, and navigating the human side of large-scale change. More than once I've been the entrepreneur figuring it out as I go — whether it was founding IDEO's Mumbai studio, scaling Capital One's café model, or launching digital health platforms at Bayer. I know what it's like to be the person in the room where every call is yours to own.

My coaching style is direct, grounded, and deeply human. I ask the questions that cut through the noise.
