I am a global People and HR leader with more than 20 years of experience in the Technology, Digital Media, and Entertainment industries. My career has taken me from HR Business Partner to Vice President across AOL, Verizon Media, and Yahoo, where I partnered with executives throughout Europe, the United States, and Asia Pacific. I also hold an ICF Associate Certified Coach credential. I bring firsthand experience of what it takes to navigate through the complexity of acquisitions, mergers, restructures, private equity ownership, and large scale transformation.

As Vice President of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations at Yahoo, I led a global team across three continents and directed the people strategy through a period of deep organizational change. I progressed from Director to Vice President through three ownership transitions, helping leaders maintain clarity and momentum through sustained change. Earlier, as HR Director for Europe at AOL, I led the integration of two acquisitions across seven European markets, navigating works council negotiations, employee transfers, and organizational restructuring. These experiences give me a practical understanding of how to guide leaders through high stakes decisions while balancing business priorities with their impact on people. After more than two decades of coaching as a leader, my second prostate cancer diagnosis prompted me to make this deeply meaningful work the focus of my next chapter.

As a coach, I partner with leaders navigating complexity, difficult decisions, or greater responsibility. My approach is grounded in trust, thoughtful challenge, and direct conversation. I share what I am noticing, ask the questions that matter, and create space for clients to think honestly and explore what lies beneath the surface.

Clients leave our conversations thinking more clearly, seeing possibilities they had not considered, and feeling more confident in the decisions they choose to make. I help them find their footing amid change and move forward with greater clarity and conviction.

Outside of work, I live in New York with my husband and our dog, Louis, and we are building a life in Tulum, Mexico. I am learning Spanish and love theatre, museums, and travel. I also volunteer in the prostate cancer community as a mentor and congressional advocate and am endlessly curious about people, leadership, psychology, and how AI is changing the way we learn, work, and think.
