I'm an executive leadership coach with 30 years of experience leading organizations in the financial services and technology industries. With an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Washington and a PCC certification from the ICF, I've managed, built, and fine-tuned teams throughout my career, with a focus on process improvement and delivery.

I spent 8 years as Chief Technology Officer at Parametric, a Morgan Stanley company, where I grew the engineering organization from 15 to 175 engineers, analysts, and project managers while company revenue grew 10x. I built the infosec/cybersecurity function, integrated acquisitions and offices across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, and worked alongside board members and SEC auditors while building relationships with billion-dollar clients globally. As Chief Operating Officer at a climate-tech startup, I rolled up my sleeves on operating budgets, marketing, product management, and sales. Earlier, as a Technical Product Manager at Microsoft, I drove planning, UX, and product development for some of the highest-trafficked sites on the internet, receiving hundreds of millions of visitors every month.

As a coach, I work with leaders to scale their operations and build a bench of leaders around them. My clients come to me when they have something significant in front of them and know that successful leaders get help. A lot of help. Throughout my career, I've taken on high-stakes roles that required both technical depth and business acumen, and I bring that rare ability to translate between the two.

Outside of coaching, I'm constantly trying to get to the ocean or the mountains with my family. Paddleboarding, hiking, and mountain biking are key to who I am. I should also mention the dogs!
