I'm an experienced People Operations and Culture leader with a passion for helping organizations build and scale cultures that champion compassionate leadership, foster inclusion and belonging, and drive performance. I've worked in non-profit, adtech, fintech, CPG, and HR-tech sectors and have helped the companies I work for navigate critical periods of rapid growth from 100 to 800 employees globally. I have extensive experience working with C-suite and senior leadership to evolve people strategies and initiatives that reflect the changing needs of the business and their people. I'm equally committed to empowering new managers and emerging leaders with the tools, mindset, and confidence to realize their fullest potential and help their teams achieve their goals. I earned both my MBA and Bachelor's degree from UCLA and currently live in Los Angeles. As a working mom of two, I am particularly interested in empowering caregivers and BIPOC to feel seen and cared for in the workplace.
