With 15 years of Human Resources and operational leadership experience, I have a proven track record of scaling high growth organizations and am passionate about building high performing companies. I spent 5 years on the executive team at Patient Pop Inc, developing and driving the People Ops function forward. I am currently the Chief People Officer at Sendoso, a Series-C corporate gifting solution start up. As people leaders we have the difficult task of setting the vision and strategy for the people within an organization. In order to do that successfully, we need to be interdisciplinary thinkers that understand the impact of our work on every individual function.
