Concurrent to being a Strategic Operations Coach at Mento, my primary role is Founder and Group CEO of the Catalysts Group. Prior, I've held executive roles in technology-driven enterprises spanning diverse industries and stages. My background includes product, enterprise technology, global transformation, compliance, and organizational development. Most recently, I was the Chief Information Officer at Cloverhealth, a venture-backed healthcare company, where I was part of the executive team preparing the company for IPO. I've also held CIO/CISO roles at Quantcast and Reflecktive where I was the founding head of technology, infosec, and compliance. I started my career at larger companies, such as Mozilla Firefox and Sony.

I hold a Master's from the University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign and a Bachelor's from the University of San Francisco, with advance certifications in technology and HR, along with training in various coaching modalities.
