I am an author and Certified High Performance Coach™ based in the foothills of Colorado.

Through my writing and coaching, I teach others the art and science of creating our best selves. High performance is ultimately about thriving across multiple areas of our lives, including our mental and physical health, our work and career, and our relationships. I help others achieve this level of high performance through small actions consistently taken.


Prior to building my coaching business, I spent 13 years as a technology sales leader at companies like Automattic, Galvanize, and CoderPad, studied leadership at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, and was the founder and CEO of Bodeefit, a fitness community and technology company with over 500,000 users worldwide.
