I spent almost four decades as an engineering executive, leading global organizations at technology companies including including Google, Arm, and Intel/Altera. I hold an MS in Data Science from Northwestern University, a certificate in Executive Education from the Kellogg School of Management, and ICF coaching credentials from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. My career spanned software, hardware, and machine learning functions before I stepped into the work I find most meaningful - helping accomplished professionals navigate the inflection points.
As VP at Google, I led a multi-functional engineering group that scaled platform introductions fivefold while holding cost growth to a minimum, and championed a cross-functional initiative that doubled fleet capacity. At Arm, I unified seven disparate product lines under a single mission-driven team of 700 engineers, cutting design errors by 25% and accelerating time to market by 50%. My cloud migration strategy halved workflow costs and durations within two years. I have been named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Engineering by the Financial Times and recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Embedded by Embedded Computing Design.
As a coach, I work with accomplished professionals who are ready to advance their careers by confronting the next layer of complexity: navigating a transition that requires identity work as much as strategy, breaking through a ceiling despite a strong track record, or evolving a leadership style to match their growing scope. I believe people already have their answers. My job is to help them realize that.
Clients leave with more than clarity; they leave with the self-knowledge to make the next move, and every move after it, more intentional.
Outside of coaching, I am an outdoor enthusiast and lifelong fitness devotee, a pianist since age five, and an avid reader. I am currently writing my memoir, reflecting on four decades of building a career at the leading edge of technology, an experience that deepens the perspective I bring to helping others navigate their own career-defining moments.
