At Time Inc., I served as Vice President of Brand Engineering for over 15 years, leading a team of 80+ engineers supporting the digital product development of 26 US-based brands, including People, Sports Illustrated, and TIME. At Indeed, I served as Senior Director of Program Management, overseeing an $8M+ departmental budget and a team of 30+ PMO and technology professionals, while building global governance frameworks and financial tracking standards. My signature achievement at Indeed was designing and launching the company's first enterprise-wide Position Management program, a cross-functional transformation impacting 14,000+ employees across the global workforce. Beyond the corporate world, I served as COO of Bond.co, a growth-stage startup that was subsequently successfully acquired and I am currently channeling that entrepreneurial energy as the Founder of Entrance Profiles, a pre-seed AI-driven venture reimagining the recruiting and hiring process.
