I'm a Strategy & Operations leader who has spent my career as a Flight Director at NASA, leading real-time decision-making for high-stakes, mission-critical operations in human spaceflight. In environments where there's no pause button, I align teams, manage risk, and ensure execution under pressure.
As an Associate Director of Flight Operations for the Commercial Crew Program, I oversee technical integration across programs, aligning mission readiness, cost, schedule, and execution across multiple concurrent missions. Over 16+ years at NASA, I've led complex system development and mission operations, managing multimillion-dollar programs and directing cross-functional teams of up to 100 engineers and international partners.
As Deputy Director of the Flight Dynamics Division, I oversaw a 250-person organization spanning mission operations, analysis, and software. Earlier in my career, I led the validation and deployment of next-generation mission control software and coordinated International Space Station systems alongside partners from ESA (Europe) and JAXA (Japan). I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning complexity into clear, actionable decisions and ensuring teams perform when it matters most.
As a coach, I work with leaders who are stepping into greater responsibility and feeling the pressure that comes with it. I help them sharpen their thinking, trust their judgment, and lead decisively, especially in high-stakes environments where information is incomplete and outcomes carry real consequences.
Clients say I bring a direct, grounded approach that cuts through noise. They leave with clarity, a structured way to make decisions, and the confidence to execute.
Outside of work, I stay grounded through fitness, yoga, and time outdoors, and curious through building and experimentation, from gaming and PC builds to hands-on home improvement projects. I enjoy exploring new places and cultures, whether in the mountains or a new city.
