I am a strategy and operations leader with 14 years of experience across tech start-ups, consulting, and non-profits, including Deloitte, Activate Global, Ginkgo Bioworks, and Propper Daley. With a background in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Wharton, I’ve spent my career in fast-growing, mission-driven organizations building the cross-functional systems that turn strategy into outcomes.
At Activate Global, I led business operations for a $30M, 60-person climate tech nonprofit, where I ran a $660K IT portfolio and reduced incident resolution time by over 60%. At Ginkgo Bioworks / Concentric, I stood up customer success and delivery operations during COVID across 100 clients and $150M in annual revenue. At Propper Daley, I designed social impact strategies that deployed $300M+ in client capital across climate, tech, VC, and philanthropy, and led voter-mobilization strategy that reached 475M voters. At Deloitte, I led PMO for a Fortune 100 bank's $35B redesign and built the financial model that closed a $300M IT services contract for a Fortune 500 pharma. I bring experience from start-ups to large enterprises on how to deliver results in high-stakes, high-ambiguity environments.
As a coach, I work with high-potential professionals on decision-making, presence, and organizational leadership, with a soft spot for ops folks ready to step into a more strategic role. My style is direct and structured. I will push you on your why before we touch your what. The strategy and tactics flow from there.
Clients say I cut straight to the chase. They leave with a clear point of view, a plan they can defend, and a deadline for what comes next. The bigger transformation is what I aim for: they stop second-guessing, start taking stances, and step into rooms they used to shrink in.
When I am not coaching, I am a dancer, mother to a spirited toddler, aspiring poet, and someone who ends most days with a good book.
