I am an Engineering Leader with 13 years of experience in the tech industry, having built my career across companies like Datadog, Wayfair, and Compete. With a background in Computer Science and Psychology, I have led engineering teams of up to 45 people across multiple offices, scaling organizations from the ground up and building cultures of collaboration and trust.
As Director of Engineering at Datadog, I lead the organization building our suite of cloud integrations across AWS, Azure, GCP, and emerging cloud providers. I joined when the team was 6 people and helped scale it to 45 across five teams and three offices. As the Engineering Site Lead, I grew Datadog's Boston office from 5 to 180+ engineers, cultivating a cross-team community from the ground up. Throughout my career, I have built and scaled engineering organizations during critical growth phases, turning small teams into high-performing functions that deliver at scale.
As a coach, I work with leaders navigating their careers and finding their identity as they grow. I understand the discomfort that comes with stepping up, whether it's becoming a leader for the first time or experiencing the pressure of feeling like you should have all the answers. My style is warm, energized, and direct. I'll be in your corner every step of the way while guiding you toward the clarity and confidence you're capable of.
Clients leave our sessions feeling seen, supported, and ready to take the next step.
When I'm not coaching or leading teams, you'll find me making things: knitting, crocheting, junk journaling, and many others. I love learning new languages (I'm currently studying Japanese), volunteering and running events, collecting stationery, and traveling to new places. I'm driven by the challenge of learning new things, and I'm excited to bring that same curiosity and love of growth into our coaching relationship.
