I am a strategy and operations executive with nearly two decades of global experience scaling teams and building large-scale programs across technology, social impact, and financial services at Microsoft, Pratham Institute, and Citibank. I hold an MBA from the Wharton School and serve on the boards of Pratham USA, the San Francisco Workforce Investment Board, and as a board observer for Code.org.

As Head of Global Programs and Partnerships at Microsoft Elevate, I led a global team of 20+ delivering AI and digital skills programs to 23.5M+ learners across 100+ countries. At Pratham Institute in India, I managed a 300+ person organization and scaled programs 13X in two years to 70,000+ annual learners. The founder liked to joke that I was the Chief Miscellaneous Officer, which captures how much I loved rolling up my sleeves. Having lived in four countries, I provide a global lens to my coaching with a keen awareness of how cultural styles shape work perspectives.

As a coach, I help professionals navigate the moments that matter most: stepping into new leadership roles, building organizational strategy, managing complex dynamics, and balancing the real demands of work and family.

I lead with empathy, kindness, optimism, and a strong bias toward action. I help clients get clear on what they want, build a concrete path forward, and hold themselves accountable along the way. My teams have consistently described me as a leader who empowers people to find their own path, while giving them honest feedback to open up their perspective.

Outside of work, I am a proud mother of two wonderful daughters. Music is a big part of who I am. I love singing, karaoke, hiking, and travel whenever I can get away.
