I am a hands-on engineering leader and have spent more than 20 years building and growing technical teams across multiple startups. Currently, I am the CTO and SVP of Engineering at Registria, a cloud-based SaaS mobile and IOT platform.

Prior to that, I have worked for a number of startups (all of which were eventually acquired), leading teams ranging from 5 to 50 across development, architecture, QA, DevOps and IT. Areas of experience include B2C, B2B and B2B2C, in the enterprise security, mar-tech and fin-tech spaces. I've developed and managed globally distributed teams, navigating time zones and cultures, to build high-performing teams.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to combine Product Development responsibilities with adjacent roles in DevOps, Security, and Data Security and Compliance, that are normally done by a formal CIO / CISO.

I have been able to work with a lot of talented and hard-working folks across all facets of engineering and software development and have acquired a deep experience and knowledge of what it takes to lead engineering organizations, from helping each team member find value and purpose to providing air cover for the team to focus on doing the most impactful work.
