My name is Rand and I am a strategic senior HR professional with almost 20 years of HR consulting and business partner experience. My passion has always been to create the best employee experience possible at an organization, and to coach and guide our employees and managers to their greatest potential.


Most recently, I was the Head of People at Collaborative Solutions. I was responsible for leading the human resources, talent management and performance management areas of the organization. I partnered with all levels of leadership to ensure our employees and managers are feeling heard and valued through career development plans, employee surveys, and consistent coaching through feedback.







My past positions have all included extensive partnership and coaching to employees, managers, and senior level executives.


Outside of work, I love nature and spending time with my family. I teach yoga and mindfulness and I love to bring those principles to our everyday life, especially to the corporate environment.
