I'm a leadership coach and people executive with over a decade of experience helping founders, executives, and emerging leaders scale organizations and build high-impact teams. I’ve built and led People & Talent functions in high-growth startups and advised Fortune 500 firms, scaling companies from 0 to 100+ employees and driving revenue growth from under $250,000 to over $100 million.

As a coach, I bring calm presence, grounded insight, and a deep curiosity for helping leaders clarify their leadership philosophy—or their “why”—so they can lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. I support clients in moving from self-doubt to self-trust, building the courage to speak up, manage up, and navigate difficult conversations with more ease.

Clients often walk away from coaching with me realizing: “I have more power than I thought.” My role is to help them tap into that power—without over-functioning or burning out—especially in the fast-paced, high-growth environments they lead in.

I’m a fifth-generation Oregonian and former New Yorker, and while I don’t lead with either identity, they’ve shaped the clear, empathetic, and honest way I coach. I hold a BA in History from Occidental College and am a certified coach through the Hudson Institute.
