I'm a former senior engineering manager, who's spent the past decades working across larger companies like Twitter as well as smaller start-ups. I've managed diverse teams, ranging from small teams of 4 engineers to large teams of 25+ engineers. While I started my career as frontend engineer, I've managed teams of both frontend and backend developers. I'm passionate about making people's voices heard, helping people advocate for themselves, and ensuring people feel supported in their careers so they can live their fullest. Having juggled a full-time job while raising three kids, I enjoying coaching parents managing work/life balance and helping people navigate life's challenges throughout their journey.
