I’ve worked for more than 20 years in Product and Strategy and Operations roles for Fortune 500 companies in the news, media, and information services industries (spanning both B2B and B2C). Currently, I serve as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Dow Jones.

Prior to this, I held a number of roles at S&P Global where I gained invaluable career experiences that allowed me to grow as a leader and product professional. As the Product Portfolio Lead of a newly acquired business, I built a high-performing team that optimized and launched new products to market, supporting 10x revenue growth. As a Senior Director of Strategy & Product Operations, I introduced the new function of Product Ops, designed to help S&P Global’s more than 100-person product team be more efficient and effective through common processes, tools, and metrics. Other highlights include restructuring Product, Engineering and Design organizations, leading several acquisition integrations, and delivering multiple complex Lean Six Sigma projects that improved processes and reduced costs.

Through these experiences, I’ve been “in the trenches” and gained a true understanding of what it takes to work effectively and lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, manage difficult stakeholders, and make the shift from an individual contributor to a manager of large, multi-level and globally dispersed teams. I am a working mother of two and an avid tennis player. I love to spend my free time improving my singles game and traveling. I lived in Spain for several years and am fluent in Spanish and always look for opportunities to visit!
